Boardwalk REIT Announces Growth-Driven Acquisitions

Managed REIT (TSE:BEI.UN) released an update.

Boardwalk REIT has seen solid growth in occupancy and rental income, with promising acquisitions designed to drive value for its stakeholders. The Trust successfully acquired three properties, including a 255-apartment community and a fully occupied townhouse community in Calgary, as well as a 6-unit property with redevelopment potential. These strategic investments are expected to drive organic growth for Boardwalk and strengthen its Unitholder results.
