Rebecca Flaman joins Diamond as executive vice president

Diamond has announced a key hire as part of its evolution, with Rebecca Flaman joining as executive vice president, business leader. Rebecca joins the senior leadership team at Diamond, working alongside Diamond Managing Director Lorri MacDonald to drive the agency’s growth and reputation.

Rebecca is a driven, collaborative leader with over 18 years of experience leading integrated strategic advertising, communications and marketing programs across a multi-brand portfolio. She has built a career as a key driver of agency growth and creative reputation, contributing to some of the most recognizable and award-winning campaigns in Canada. Her innovative work includes projects for the Canadian Paralympic Committee, Right To Play and most recently Missing Matoaka, one of the most awarded campaigns in the world to raise awareness of missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls.

Recognizing that today’s brands are no longer built solely through traditional campaigns, Diamond has consistently built and diversified its core offerings alongside an exciting portfolio of clients. Recent wins include Canadian Blood Services, Post Cereal and Sinai Health.
