Assa Abloy violates Spectrum settlement, DOJ says

The agency alleges that Assa Abloy’s refusal to pay the costs of a monitoring trustee tasked with assessing the competitive effects of its $4.3 billion acquisition of Spectrum Brands violates the company’s settlement agreement with the Justice Department.
