Carlsberg and Foodpanda join forces to enhance customer experience for quick shopping in Asia


Carlsberg Asia has expanded its partnership with foodpanda, Asia’s leading food and grocery delivery platform, to bring a wide range of Carlsberg beverages to consumers in an engaging and fresh way, especially at the right moments.


The partnership will bring exciting campaigns from both brands, designed to make Carlsberg beers more appealing to consumers. Carlsberg will also deepen its use of foodpanda’s extensive cloud grocery network via pandamart and its strong links with retailers via foodpanda stores to make Carlsberg beers more accessible.


According to foodpanda’s Delivery and Retail Trends 2023 report, beer is one of the top five most ordered food items in the Asia Pacific region. Combined with foodpanda’s data on customer shopping habits, this partnership ensures that consumers receive personalized recommendations and special Carlsberg promotions at specific points in their foodpanda app journey, increasing cart abandonment rates.

This summer, foodpanda, Carlsberg Singapore and 7-Eleven Singapore joined forces to launch exclusive football-themed promotions on Carlsberg beers purchased at 7-Eleven stores via the foodpanda app, giving consumers a seamless and more enjoyable experience when purchasing their favourite beers.
