Exact Logistics acquired by OnLogistics to expand service offering

Exact Logistics has been acquired by OnLogistics Ltd, a West Midlands based e-commerce and fulfilment services company. In an exciting new period of growth for the company, the acquisition will provide Exact Logistics with long-term business expansion opportunities and provide customers with a wide range of delivery solutions in addition to its current offering.

With over 19 years of experience, OnLogistics provides streamlined logistics solutions to a wide range of industries, including automotive, aerospace, healthcare, and fitness. The company is committed to optimizing operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences to enable scalability and expansion.

Adam and Karen Shuter will continue to serve as directors of Exact Logistics, as the company continues to operate as a separate entity and remains a member-shareholder of Pall-Ex. Existing customers should not expect any changes to their current services or contact points.

Adam and Karen Shuter founded Exact Logistics in 2009 with the aim of providing a unique palletised freight delivery service to businesses in Warwickshire. Since then the business has expanded to offer last mile distribution to European international carriers, mainly German based, and has recently established an in-house customs clearance team.
