With over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Ritu Agarawal started her career as an engineer at Infosys before moving into the business side. Her e-commerce journey dates back to 2011, starting with Amazon, then her e-commerce entrepreneurial venture, leading the product management for Vodafone Idea Apps, before entering the fashion arena. From her role as E-commerce Head at House of Anita Dongre and an active digital consultant, to her role as a Consultant Digital Officer (CDO) at Soch Apparels, she has had a first-hand experience of online consumer behavior across industries, price points, and value propositions. Her greatest strength is her sensitivity to assessing consumer behavior and connecting it with technical adaptations and business goals.
