Delivery Hero (DHER GR) says it faces €400 million antitrust fine

Delivery Hero SE said in a statement on Sunday that it could be fined more than 400 million euros ($434 million) by the European Commission for alleged anti-competitive conduct and will increase the amount of the exemption it has provided for such an eventuality.

The company said its decision to “significantly increase” the relevant provision already made of €186 million, as indicated in its 2023 annual report, followed a “recent informal meeting” with the European Commission.
