Delivery Hero (DHER GR) says it faces €400 million antitrust fine

Delivery Hero SE said in a statement on Sunday that it could be fined more than 400 million euros ($434 million) by the European Commission for alleged anti-competitive conduct, and raised the amount of the exemption it had set aside for that eventuality.

The company said its decision to “significantly increase” the relevant provision already made of €186 million, as indicated in its 2023 annual report, followed a “recent informal meeting” with the European Commission.
