Today’s roundup of board moves includes Sarah Gaffney-Smith, Trevor Harris, Katherine Garvey, Kylie Ashenbrenner, Tim Cooper, Anthony Hasluck, Phil Trajanovich, Steve Herod, Ian Goldberg, Steven Apedaile and Michael Fry

Lindan Resources (ASX:LIN)

Joint venture company secretary Michael Fry will step down from his position. Kellie Davies will remain company secretary. Lindian thanked Mr Fry for his contribution to the company.

Sprintex Limited (ASX:SIX)

Non-executive chairman Steven Apedaile has been appointed executive chairman, taking over from non-executive chairman in 2021. Mr Apedaile has over 30 years of experience as an accountant

Prospect Resources (ASX:PSC)

Ian Goldberg has been appointed to the Board as Executive Director, Finance. Mr Goldberg has been Prospect’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Company Secretary of the joint venture since February 2021. Mr Goldberg will head up the company’s Perth office.

Otto Energy (ASX:OEL)

Steve Herod resigned as CEO to pursue other interests. Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer Phil Trajanovich was named Acting CEO. The Otto Board thanked Mr. Herod for his contributions.

Mineral Resources (ASX:MRC)

Sarah Gaffney-Smith has been appointed company secretary and general counsel. Trevor Harris has also been appointed company secretary in addition to his current role as finance director. Ms Gaffney-Smith and Mr Harris replace Katherine Garvey, who has resigned as company secretary.

Western Australia Chamber of Arts and Culture

Kylie Ashenbrenner, Tim Cooper and Anthony Hasluck have been elected to the board of the Chamber of Arts and Culture Western Australia. All three appointments reflect a desire to expand the remit of the Chamber of Arts and Culture board, according to board chair June Moorhouse.
