With the acquisition, idverde has expanded its range of ecological services

Ecological service provider, ANDdverde, has acquired Acorn Environmental Management Group, a specialist in arboriculture and landscape management services in the Midlands. This strategic move strengthens ANDDverde is expanding its capabilities and expanding its service offering, marking an important milestone in the company’s development journey.

Based in Redditch, Acorn Environmental Management Group is renowned for its wide range of specialist services including tree surgery, arboricultural advice, landscaping, rope access, vegetation removal, ecological mitigation and invasive and noxious weed control.

With annual sales of around £11 million, Acorn employs around 100 staff who manage several high profile contracts across the Midlands. This acquisition not only strengthens ANDdverde’s expertise in arboriculture, but also providing complementary services to existing clients and expanding its business ANDPossibility of independent provision of arboricultural services by Dverde.

Together, Acorn and ANDdverde UK becomes a leading European Arb with key sector credentials. The partnership will open up greater opportunities to tender for more work, effectively addressing a large and growing market and providing wider solutions to customers, while generating employment growth.
