Retailer Expands Verint AI-Powered Bots Across E-Commerce and Contact Centers

The brand wants to expand its website reach, reduce contact center costs and improve customer service

MELVILLE, New York, July 8, 2024–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Verint® (NASDAQ: VRNT), a CX Automation Company™, today announced that a leading online retailer is expanding its Verint deployment to deliver AI business outcomes across its e-commerce site and contact center, Right Now™.

The brand wanted to improve the digital experience for customers interacting with its online retail store. Verint Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) was selected to automate customer service and transactions, resulting in lower agent costs for contact center agents. The brand also selected several Verint AI bots to be deployed to 400 agents to increase agent efficiency, provide AI assistance and improve the quality of customer service.
