COVERE² and Juntos Farm have signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The aim of this partnership is to leverage the strengths of each organization to promote sustainable transformation and regenerative agriculture practices.

Testing the COVERE² solution
The Juntos farm will serve as a testing ground for COVERE², which aims to improve sustainability reporting practices in the agricultural sector by establishing a baseline.

Energy consumption
The collaboration will include implementing Power Flow Tracing to understand and monitor the farm’s energy usage. As the farm is currently installing solar panels, a significant part of this activity is assessing the impact of the solar panel installation on greenhouse gas emissions. This will help understand the effectiveness of renewable energy in reducing the farm’s carbon footprint.

Calculating net carbon footprint
The collaboration aims to calculate the farm’s net environmental impact by comparing emissions with CO₂ sequestration, providing a comprehensive picture of its environmental footprint.
