Delivery Hero shares fall as company flags potential antitrust fine

July 8 (Reuters) – Delivery Hero shares fell 16% to their lowest level since February after the German online food retailer said it faces fines of more than 400 million euros ($433 million) for violating antitrust rules.

The company said it would “significantly” increase the corresponding reserves it had previously set aside to the amount of 186 million euros. (1 USD = 0.9240 euros) (Reporting by Paolo Laudani in Gdansk; Milla Nissi editing)
