Hertz Announces Management Appointments – CollisionWeek

Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: HTZ) announced the following appointments to its executive leadership team:

Sandeep Dube will join Hertz as executive vice president and chief commercial officer on July 22, and Katherine Lee Martin, who currently serves as interim general counsel at Hertz, will be appointed executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, effective immediately.

Additionally, the following leaders will join the Hertz team in July:

• Henry Kuykendall as executive vice president, North American Operations;
• Greg May as executive vice president, fleet management;
• Mike Moore as executive vice president of technical operations.

Each executive will report to the CEO of Hertz
