WFX’s flexible and intuitive PLM system will streamline XTM’s product lifecycle management and integrate seamlessly with SAP ERP, enabling XTM to grow in the future.

Founded in 1999, XTM Performance has carved out a niche in the Australian and now global market, specialising in performance apparel for winter sports and outdoor enthusiasts. Renowned for its high-quality, durable apparel, XTM has been awarded the prestigious title of Official Merchandise Supplier to the Australian Winter Olympic Team. Over the years, generations of Australian Winter Olympic athletes have relied on XTM products, cementing the brand’s reputation for excellence in performance apparel.

Despite its success, XTM faced significant challenges due to its reliance on manual processes to manage collections, design specifications, supplier communications, and production tracking. These inefficiencies created bottlenecks, making it difficult for the team to focus on design and development and meet tight customer deadlines.

Path to PLM

When XTM began investigating PLM solutions, they were initially skeptical due to previous negative experiences with rigid, cumbersome systems. However, their in-depth evaluation process revealed that WFX PLM stood out for its flexibility, user-friendly interface, and comprehensive functionality.
