Bracewell Adds Boudreaux Energy Regulatory Partner in Houston

Michelle Boudreaux has joined Bracewell as a partner in its energy regulatory group in Houston, the firm announced Sunday.

The company said Boudreaux provides transaction and regulatory advisory services to owners and operators of petroleum liquids and natural gas pipelines. He also has extensive experience developing greenfield and brownfield energy projects.

He practices in federal and state regulation of interstate and intrastate pipelines, with a particular emphasis on regulatory compliance and pipeline litigation before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Texas Railroad Commission.

He joins us from Baker Botts.
