Jetcam 3D Unfolding Software Module

Jetcam Intl. has introduced a new 3D Unfolding software module developed in partnership with AutoPOL. An optional extension of the Jetcam Expert system, the module is designed to streamline the process of converting a range of 3D CAD file formats into 2D flattened patterns in industries such as aerospace, automotive and manufacturing.

The module automates 3D model flattening during the CAD import process, supporting simple profiles to advanced features with single-curve and freeform surfaces. Integrates with most CAD formats, providing production-ready results.
