Another regional agency falls victim to Lomond takeover…

Lomond has announced its 58th acquisition – a letting agency operating in Derby, Burton and Chesterfield.

The latest acquisition of Acquire Sales and Lettings will see Lomond’s John Shepherd brand expand to around 700 properties under management.

Chief Executive John Shepherd comments: “The East Midlands has been a key focus for our expansion of the John Shepherd brand and my leadership team have played a key role in helping us deliver the business’ ambitions to date.
