Delivery Hero shares fall as company flags potential antitrust fine

(Reuters) – Delivery Hero shares are down 16% to their lowest since February after the German food-takeaway company said it could be fined more than 400 million euros ($433 million) for violating antitrust rules.

The company said it would “significantly” increase the corresponding reserves it had previously set aside of €186 million.
