Sila Services Announces Leadership Team Appointments and Promotions

Sila Services, a leading home services platform serving more than 30 brands in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions, recently named two new members to its leadership team, promoting Eddie McFarlane to the position of Chief Learning & Development Officer and was promoted Andrew Moffatt to the Marketing Director.

Heather Peters joined Sila Services as HR Director. Heather brings over two decades of experience as an influential HR leader with General Electric, Highmark, Suez, and Veolia. Prior to Sila Services, she served as Chief HR Leader for Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions in North America, supporting 4,000 team members across dozens of field locations. In her new role as Chief People Officer, Heather will focus on driving people-centric initiatives, implementing best practices across all aspects of HR, and providing expertise in actively supporting both organic and M&A-driven growth for the field teams.

Keith Chisolm joined Sila Services as Technical DirectorWith a background in the service industry, Keith honed his skills during his time at Rentokil Initial in both: United Kingdom AND United Statesconsistently delivering transformational results. Throughout that time, he has built a history of developing high-performing teams in IT, project management and acquisition integration. As CTO of Sila Services, Keith will lead key initiatives to revolutionize the customer journey, elevate the associate experience and increase operational efficiency through breakthrough innovation.

Eddie McFarlane was promoted from Vice President of Science, Development and Engagement to the position of Director of Science and Development. Eddie joined Sila Services in May 2023 and leveraged his decades of experience in the HVAC industry to build Sila University, a comprehensive approach to professional and technical skill development for technicians, service representatives, sales managers and leaders throughout the Sila Services organization. Eddie’s passion for guiding others in their professional development will be even more important as the company continues its trajectory of accelerated growth.

Andrew Moffatt He was promoted from Vice President of Marketing to Marketing Manager. Before joining Sila Services in 2019, Andrew began his career at The Ritz-Carlton and then honed his marketing experience with leading brands such as AmeriGas, PPL, The Home Depot, and Pepsi-Cola. During his five-plus years at Sila, Andrew led the building of an exceptional marketing organization that leverages data and continuous innovation to drive the most successful ROAS-focused team in home services. By creating an integrated Center of Marketing Excellence, augmented and locally aligned by a team of Regional Marketing Managers, he has developed a unique customer journey that has enabled Sila Services to consistently outperform the industry.
