Developer Completes Acquisition of 77-Story Brickell Tower – The Next Miami

Fortune International Group has finalized the acquisition of the land on which it will build the 77-story Ora by Casa Tua. A pre-investment loan has also been issued.

The 46,373-square-foot site at 1210 Brickell Ave. was acquired from Miami-based Patagonian Investment Internacional LLC.

The developer can now continue development and prepare the site for construction. Work is scheduled to begin in 2025.

Amerant Bank provided the developer with pre-investment financing in the amount of USD 36,080,000.

The 77-story luxury complex will feature 533 fully furnished apartments, which will enable owners to rent them out on a short-term basis.

The developer announced that the planned apartments are enjoying “great interest” and that lease agreements will be concluded soon.
