Thunes powers LianLian Global’s new payment service

Singapore-based payments company Thunes on Wednesday welcomed LianLian Global, a Chinese cross-border e-commerce payment service provider, to its global network.

Thunes said in a statement that the Chinese payments company is offering a new solution, LianLian Global Payout Service (LGPS), which leverages Thunes’ fully compliant payment network to facilitate withdrawals to digital wallets and bank accounts in over 130 countries.

The company said the collaboration is a testament to Thunes’ commitment to supporting the development of Chinese e-commerce and simplifying cross-border payments worldwide.

It should be noted that LGPS solves the problems associated with traditional cross-border payments, such as high costs, long processing times and complicated procedures.

By joining Thunes Global Network, LianLian Global offers a transparent, efficient, secure and real-time payment solution for cross-border Payment Service Providers (PSPs), banks and other licensed financial institutions.

Through this partnership, more than a million Chinese businesses will be able to send payments to more than 3 billion digital wallet accounts and 4 billion bank accounts in over 130 countries, in over 80 currencies.
