The ESP32 Marauder is based on JustCallMeKoko’s ESP32Marauder project, a set of offensive and defensive Wi-Fi/Bluetooth tools for ESP32 devices hosted on GitHub. The Marauder firmware is inspired by SpacehuhnTech’s ESP8266 Deauther firmware. JustCallMeKoko sells the ESP32 Marauder on Tindie, but it is currently unavailable.

marauder pocket v1 and v2 comparison

The ESP32 Marauder Pocket Unit v2 offers the same functionality as the previous version, but includes a capacitive touchscreen and uses up to two 18650 batteries. The v2 is also more expensive, costing $168 for the unit with a plastic case and $145 for the unit alone. The Pocket Unit v1, on the other hand, is sold without a case and costs $98. Batteries are not included due to shipping regulations. The case is currently available in white and black, but other color combinations should be available by the end of July.

The ESP32 Marauder is generally designed for wardriving, but it can be used for more nefarious purposes. A PDF manual is available that covers the device’s features, setup, and general use. The ESP32Marauder wiki also provides a broader overview of the device’s capabilities.
