Sennheiser introduces TeamConnect straps to Zoom rooms

Sennheiser’s TeamConnect Bars (TC Bars) have been certified for use in Zoom rooms.

The German audio equipment manufacturer describes TC Bars as a universal videoconferencing device. It is designed to meet the modern standards of hybrid meetings.

The video bar offer includes solutions for small and medium-sized conference rooms and collaboration spaces, integrated with high-quality sound and image in 4K Ultra HD resolution.

The latest addition to the Sennheiser TeamConnect family, TC Bars, is available in two models: TeamConnect Bar S and TeamConnect Bar M.

TC Bar S has four microphones and two speakers, making it ideal for small conference rooms.

Meanwhile, the “TC Bar M” has six microphones and four speakers and is ideal for medium-sized conference rooms. As plug-and-play devices, TC Bars allow users to quickly set up and start meetings via a USB connection.

Beamforming technology, also used in TeamConnect Ceiling solutions, allows speakers to move around the room while speaking, and presenters can seamlessly switch between them.

While TC Bars’ stereo speakers make it easy to understand what participants are saying, the video is also equipped with advanced AI features, such as automatic framing and displaying people in different modes.

For added scalability, the TC Bars feature a built-in Dante port for expansion microphones and the option to add an external USB camera if more range is required. Multiple mounting options are available, and the Sennheiser Control Cockpit can also provide remote management for easy integration.
