The revenue of the European company About You in Q1 FY2025 amounted to USD 561.18 million

About You, a leading European e-commerce company, reported a 2.2% year-over-year (YoY) revenue increase to EUR 518.3 million (approximately USD 561.18 million) in the first quarter of fiscal year 2025 (Q1 FY25), outperforming the industry average and contributing to an increase in adjusted EBITDA margin to 2.9%.

About You reported year-on-year revenue growth of 2.2% to EUR 518.3 million in Q1 FY25, increasing adjusted EBITDA margin to 2.9%. The company’s adjusted EBITDA increased to EUR 15 million in Q1 FY25, supported by a favorable market. DACH segment increased by 1.6% to EUR 252.7 million and RoE segment increased by 2.3% to EUR 234.1 million.

The group’s adjusted EBITDA improved to €15 million, while the first-quarter EBITDA was €9.1 million. This improvement was supported by a more favorable market environment, which had a positive impact on the order economics of the online fashion retailer. Over the past twelve months, the average order value increased by 6.7 percent to €58.50 per order, with customers placing an average of 3.1 orders each, the company said in a press release.

In the DACH segment, which includes Germany, Austria and Switzerland, revenues rose by 1.6% year-on-year to EUR 252.7 million, with Germany showing positive growth rates. The Rest of Europe (RoE) segment also performed well, achieving revenue growth of 2.3% year-on-year to EUR 234.1 million in the first quarter.

Adjusted EBITDA for the DACH segment amounted to EUR 8.4 million, with a margin of 3.3 percent. The RoE segment, although reporting an adjusted EBITDA of minus EUR 7.8 million, recorded a significant improvement in its margin to minus 3.3 percent.
