Renault: new e-commerce platform for accessories

Renault and its subsidiary Dacia announce the launch of “The Originals Store Accessoires”, a new e-commerce platform enabling customers to order and pay for accessories for their vehicle ranges.

Both brands have a catalog of around 800 accessories available on their websites that don’t require assembly. Customers can use simplified search by model or VIN number, as well as home delivery within three business days.

For accessories that require fitting, customers can get a quote for the fitted product and then contact the dealer network. This service is available for towbars, alarms and roof racks.
