Treasure Global Announces Executive and Non-Executive Director Appointments

Treasure Global, Inc. (TGL) has just unveiled an update.

Treasure Global Inc has announced the appointment of Carlson Thow as executive director and Dr. Darren Tan Kok Pin as non-executive director, effective July 5, 2024. Thow will serve until the 2025 annual general meeting of shareholders without remuneration but with expenses reimbursed, and has agreed to a one-year non-solicitation clause following his resignation. Meanwhile, Tan will receive RM5,000 per month for his non-executive position, as well as being entitled to expenses reimbursement, on the same terms of non-compete and one-year non-solicitation agreement following his departure.
