LDLC Group takes over Rue du Commerce

LDLC Group (FR:ALLDL) released an update.

The LDLC Group has completed the acquisition of Rue du Commerce, a leading player in the French e-commerce market for IT and high-tech products, which recorded significant business volume and revenues in the first half of the financial year. The acquisition, worth €6 million and financed with bank loans, is in line with LDLC’s strategy to increase its presence in the BtoC market, expand its customer base and increase profitability. An established online retailer since 1997, LDLC continues to develop its multi-brand retail and e-commerce business, serving both individual consumers and businesses.
