Canada pension fund sells shares of parent company Nykaas, investment fund ICICI Prudential cleans up

On Wednesday, the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board sold shares in Nykaa’s parent company, FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd.

The Canadian fund sold a total of 1.47 crore shares, representing 0.51 per cent stake in FSN E-Commerce Ventures, at a price of Rs 174.04 per share, according to block trade data from the London Stock Exchange.

Simultaneously, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund acquired all shares of FSN E-Commerce Ventures at the same price.

At the end of the March quarter, Canadian state-owned corporation CPPIB owned a 1.47% stake in the online clothing and cosmetics retailer.

FSN E-Commerce Ventures shares closed at Rs 176, up 0.11% per share, compared with a 0.45% decline in the Sensex.
