Samsung Galaxy AI features will be available on 200 million devices this year

During its big Unpacked event in Paris this morning, Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Z Fold6, Galaxy Z Flip6, Galaxy Watch7, Galaxy Watch Ultra, Galaxy Buds3, Galaxy Buds3 Pro, and also announced prices for the Galaxy Ring.

Samsung Mobile Business President TM Roh announced on stage that the company’s Galaxy AI feature set is set to be available on 200 million devices by the end of this year.

This crazy number will of course be achieved by the Galaxy S24 family, which saw the debut of the Galaxy AI suite, the Fold6 and Flip6 models which debuted today, but also updates for older Samsung devices which will also receive Galaxy AI.

Samsung has been rolling out Galaxy AI to its older, high-end S-series and foldable devices for months now. While TM Roh didn’t provide any details on whether Galaxy AI would make its way to more devices, we’re assuming that’s what the statement said.

So if you still have doubts – 2024 will definitely go down in history as the year of AI. Or at least the year AI Galaxy.
