Meanwhile, Kieran Graham has been appointed managing director of Tulloch Homes.

Curran has been with the company for almost a decade, most recently as director of regional operations for the Central Region.

Graham is a former Commercial Director at Tulloch Homes and has extensive experience in the Highlands housing sector, having previously worked at Stewart Milne Group in Aberdeen and Robertson Homes in Inverness before joining Tulloch in 2020.

Innes Smith, CEO of Springfield, said: “These appointments underline the great pride we take in training and developing our highly skilled people.

“We are impressed with Kieran and Andrews’ knowledge and commitment to the home building industry and have no doubt that their expertise will prove invaluable as we continue to drive growth and innovation within Springfield Group.”

The news comes after the company published its year-end trading report yesterday, which showed it had paid off its bank debt faster than expected, mainly through land sales.
