It’s the shopping enthusiasts’ favorite season: Amazon Prime Day. Year after year, e-commerce giant is organizing a sales event. Initially, the event lasted 24 hours, but due to its popularity, Prime Day has been extended to 48 hours, so you can enjoy a ton of deals over two days.

As part of Prime Day, Amazon is offering discounts and promotions on various products, From Fire TV Stick devices, Fire tablets, Fire TV. Users will also be able to find amazing deals on tech, beauty, personal care, and home goods, to name a few.

When is Prime Day?

In 2024, Prime Day will take place on July 16 and 17 and will be available in various countries around the world, including Austria, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, the Netherlands, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States. The event will also take place in Poland and Sweden for the first time.

To participate in Prime Day and take advantage of the great deals, you need an Amazon Prime membership, which costs $14.99 per month or $139 per year. In addition to free shipping and Prime Day deals, membership also includes access to Prime Video, Prime Music and GrubHub+.

Here’s How You Can Get Amazon Credit Before Prime Day

If you plan to buy something on Prime Day you can receive a $20 voucher to spend during the event. According to a statement from the company, First-time Amazon Prime users upload a photo to Amazon Photos can receive a credit for the said amount which can be used to purchase products on the platform.

After completing this step, the customer will receive an e-mail from the company confirming the granting of the loan. This email may take some time up to four days to arrive, so customers who want to take advantage of it during Prime Day must submit their photo by July 12th.

Prime users who have already used Photos service will not be able to use this credit before, as it is only available to new users. Those who have a trial version will also not be eligible.
