What provisions may be the subject of a court decision?

Late last month, we reported on the Supreme Court decision that stripped federal agencies of some of their authority. It raised a lot of questions about trucking regulations. Does that mean things like the ELD mandate could be overturned? What about FMCSA’s aspirations to mandate speed limiters? Or EPA emissions standards? Paul Torlina, OOIDA’s general counsel, joins the show again to provide some perspective on the Chevron Doctrine, or what we can now call the Loper Bright decision.
