Amazon slashes price of ultra-fast Eero Wi-Fi gadget by £135

AMAZON has slashed prices on its Eero Wi-Fi routers, which can be used to extend your broadband internet coverage and boost speeds.

However, there are only four days left to take advantage of the offer.

Amazon’s Eero 6+ Wi-Fi router trio is now on sale for £199.99, down from £299.99.

That’s more than a third lower than the original price.

And this is not the best offer.

Shoppers can save up to £134 by purchasing a pack of two.

The two-pack originally cost £284 but has now been dropped to just £149.99.

The price of a single copy has been reduced from £139.99 to £89.99.

The number of units you need depends on the size of your house and how weak your internet connection is.

These boosters are a really easy cure for slow internet performance.

The devices support Wi-Fi speeds of up to 1 gigabit, which is enough for the whole family to work, watch Netflix, and video chat with friends.

However, this offer is only available to Amazon Prime members and expires on July 17, 2024.

“A huge improvement”

In a five-star review on Amazon, one customer stated that the Eero 6+ mesh device has the easiest setup compared to the alternatives.

“The Eero is thoughtfully designed and is much easier to set up than competing products from Google and Linksys that I’ve used,” they wrote.

“The connection is very stable, the coverage is great, and the app is really useful.

“It includes a function that allows you to temporarily disable the 5 GHz band, which is necessary to connect devices operating in the 2.4 GHz band, such as doorbells or cameras.

“Version 6+ is relatively cheap and fast enough to support any real-world connection less than 1 Gbps.”

I did thorough research and was happy to pay full price, which made the deal even more attractive.

A third reviewer said the gadget “significantly improved the Wi-Fi signal strength” in the home.

“This is great equipment,” they continued.

“Setup is very easy… I’m not a “technical person” but I have a good working knowledge of home networks.
