NCS showcases AI and digital resilience solutions with key partners

NCS has launched a suite of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital resilience solutions to support successful AI adoption in APAC. The announcement was made at NCS’ annual Impact Forum. CEO Ng Kuo Pin presented frameworks, solutions, and accelerators designed to safely and scalably implement AI to drive innovation.

During the event, NCS also announced new partnerships with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Dell Technologies to facilitate AI adoption and drive digital resilience. Additionally, NCS has created a database of 3,000 certified AI practitioners to accelerate the adoption and implementation of AI projects for its clients.

Ng Kuo Pin addressed more than 1,000 technology leaders and practitioners at the forum, emphasizing the importance of AI adoption and digital resilience. “AI is now at the forefront of the world, but organizations cannot ignore the importance of digital resilience as they embrace the transformative potential of AI,” Ng said. “To build a more secure and sustainable future, it is crucial that organizations invest in building the foundations of cybersecurity, data management, and technology that will allow AI to thrive.”

The newly launched AI-Digital Resilience (AI+DR) matrix is a key component of the NCS suite of solutions. The framework divides organizations into four quadrants—AI Dust, Missed Opportunity, House of Cards, and Game Changer—based on their AI adoption and digital resilience maturity levels. This categorization helps organizations assess their readiness and plan development steps as they progress through their AI journey.

Ng said, “AI is a game-changer, and businesses need to learn the new game—the sooner the better. Given the speed at which AI is evolving and its implications for businesses, working with the right technology partners to help navigate the AI landscape and connect to the right ecosystem is fundamental.”

NCS also introduced Polaris DR, a solution designed to assess digital resilience across five critical areas: cybersecurity, data management, infrastructure scalability, application robustness, and operational responsiveness. The solution aims to provide a tailored improvement roadmap to address gaps in systems, technology infrastructure, and IT operations.

To support the safe and efficient deployment of AI, NCS announced five Industry Business Solutions (IBS) embedded in NCS AI Accelerators. These solutions are designed to enhance customer and citizen experience, workforce productivity, and software engineering while ensuring consistency and scalability.

NCS is partnering with AWS to launch the inaugural Generative AI Center of Excellence (CoE) for Public Good in the APAC region. This CoE will leverage AWS’ team of strategists, applied scientists, engineers, and solution architects to accelerate solutions for the public sector.

Elsie Tan, Country Manager, Worldwide Public Sector, Singapore, AWS, said: “We are excited to partner with NCS to establish its inaugural CoE for Public Good, which will accelerate the delivery of innovative citizen services. At AWS, we help customers take Generative AI from theory to practice by providing purpose-built services and expert guidance.”

NCS is also collaborating with Dell Technologies to leverage Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA. The partnership aims to simplify AI adoption paths and streamline proof-of-concept efforts by delivering customized and pre-validated solutions to enterprises in the region. The collaboration will help customers accelerate their Generative AI projects in a modular manner.

As part of its AI-driven initiatives, NCS is equipping its employees in APAC with AI-driven services and solutions to boost productivity. The company aims to build a 3,000-strong AI Certified Practitioner base, of which over 300 will serve as AI experts to lead cutting-edge innovation.
