5 Tips to Boost Productivity on Your iPhone

Mute app notifications

It is not always possible to activate Focus mode on the iPhone. If you are overloaded with notifications from a specific app, but do not want to silence your iPhone, you can turn off notifications for just one selected app. Just launch it Settings -> NotificationsTap on the app of your choice and completely disable all notifications.

Text shortcuts

If you want to be more productive on your iPhone, you certainly don’t want to be limited by typing in frequently repeated words and phrases. If you set up the right keyboard shortcuts, you can simply type “DD” instead of “Good morning” – but you can also set up shortcuts for entire sentences. On your iPhone, launch Settings -> General -> Keyboard -> Text Replacement. Press + and you can start creating your first shortcut.

Close all tabs in Safari

Working faster in the Safari browser environment will definitely contribute to your productivity. If you don’t want to waste time closing individual tabs in the mobile version of Safari, just press and hold cards icon in the lower right corner. Finally, in the menu that appears, just tap Close XY tabs and confirm.

Get the most out of your desktop sites

More and more applications offer support for iPhone desktop widgets. You can use this fact and always dedicate selected pages of your iPhone desktop to individual applications and their corresponding widgets – if you want to find out information about stocks, weather, or maybe your physical activity, you do not have to launch the application, but simply look at the appropriate desktop page. To add a widget long press on the screenin the upper left corner, tap + and then add the widget of your choice.

Focus mode

There is no productivity without focus. And what better way to help you focus than with Focus Mode? Newer versions of the iOS operating system offer really rich options in this regard, so you can customize your chosen Focus Mode to the max – it’s up to you what notifications will be displayed, who will be able to call you, what your iPhone’s lock screen will look like, and much more.
