FIFS appoints Major Neil Christopher Castelino as General Manager

The Federation of Indian Fantasy Sports (FIFS) announces the appointment of Major Neil Christopher Castelino as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). A distinguished veteran of the Armed Forces, Major Neil Castelino brings a wealth of experience to FIFS. In a long career spanning over 20 years, he has held senior positions in Corporate Affairs, Public Policy, Stakeholder Engagement & Operations.

Major Castelino has successfully led operations and engagements at national, state and regional levels in reputed organizations including Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Flipkart and Bharti Infratel Ltd. He has played a key role in creating and influencing public policies, driving partnerships in logistics and warehousing and growing the e-commerce industry as well.

His detailed understanding of solving complex compliance and regulatory issues has helped companies operate across sectors. Now, Major Castelino is all set to lead FIFS in promoting the online fantasy sports industry in India.

As the new CEO of FIFS, he looks forward to building collaborations, promoting partnership opportunities and working on a policy and regulatory framework for the fantasy sports industry in partnership with leaders of the online fantasy sports industry in India, the Central and State Governments and other important stakeholders.
