Monaco Apartments LLC has purchased the luxury residential property Monaco Apartments for $45.7 million. The vibrant residential community located in the Midland-Odessa area of ​​West Texas was acquired on July 12, 2024, with a total property value of $45,770,000.

Built in 2020, the 256-unit modern Monaco Apartments spans 3 floors and offers studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Each apartment is equipped with a high-end kitchen with granite countertops, washer and dryer, balcony/patio and vinyl plank flooring. The community is pet-friendly.
