Infragistics Adds React Support in Latest App Builder

Infragistics, a provider of various UI controls and components, has announced several new features in its low-code platform Application creator.

The editor can now generate React code, which was a highly requested feature by the community, according to Infragistics. With this addition, App Builder now covers all the major web frameworks.

“Whether you’re working with Angular, Blazor, Web Components, and now React, App Builder generates code for high-quality, production-ready, performant, and maintainable apps,” said Jason Beres, Vice President of Developer Tools at Infragistics.

Another new feature in this release is support for bidirectional data binding in Select, Text-area, and Radio-group components. With this new feature, any changes in the UI are immediately reflected in the underlying data model and vice versa, reducing manual updates and ensuring data consistency throughout the application.

This release also includes improvements to Datasource notifications, allowing developers to review changes that impact their app.

Finally, the latest version of App Builder also streamlines the onboarding process for new customers. The new guest access mode allows new users to explore the platform without having to create an account. Guests will be able to save all the progress they have made by logging into their account when they decide to continue using the platform to build their apps.
