RSK Group Joins Global Wind Energy Council Board

RSK Group further strengthened its relations with Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC) after the appointment of the RSK Operations Director as Asia and Pacific, Jessica Finchto its board of directors.

This appointment will support GWEC’s focus on driving sustainable development and renewable energy projects worldwide. From 2023 RSK Group is a Global Player member of GWEC, contributing its expertise to developing sustainable solutions and shaping industry standards and policies.

Jessica said: “Being a board member at GWEC is a great opportunity for RSK Group to contribute to the development of the global wind energy sector. I am particularly focused on implementing sustainable development practices and supporting innovations in environmental and social management.

“By working with industry leaders and decision-makers, we aim to help shape policies that support renewable energy development and provide a positive impact on the environment. Our participation underscores RSK’s commitment to promoting a sustainable future and making a significant contribution to the global wind energy agenda.”

Jessica brings over a decade of business management experience and a degree in environmental science to her new role at GWEC. She has played a key role in business transformations, mergers and acquisitions, significantly increasing the company’s market presence. Asia and Pacific offshore markets through her strategic leadership in commercial operations management and corporate development. Jessica is focused on driving growth in the offshore wind industry, working with leading companies to maximize asset potential through innovative solution design across the asset lifecycle.

On RSK GroupJessica works with global partners to develop and implement solutions to the operational challenges of net zero emissions. She also serves on the British Chambers of Commerce Energy Committees in Vietnam, Philippines AND Singapore and liaises with British Embassies to facilitate industry engagement.
