Julien Tornare, currently CEO of TAG Heuer, has been appointed CEO of Hublot. He replaces Ricardo Guadalupe, who has served as CEO of Hublot since 2012 and has decided to step back from operational management. He will transition to the role of honorary president of Hublot.

As a result, Antoine Pin, who has served as CEO of Bulgari Horlogerie since September 2019, will take over as CEO of TAG Heuer, replacing Tornare.

“I am delighted that Julien has taken over as Head of Hublot, marking the beginning of a new chapter dedicated to the future of our House and strengthening its unique position among the leading watch brands,” said Frédéric Arnault, CEO of LVMH’s Watches division.

“I am also pleased to welcome Antoine to our watchmaking division at TAG Heuer. His extensive international experience, specialist knowledge and widely recognized passion for watches will be key assets in further developing and raising the profile of TAG Heuer.”

Tornare has been in the watchmaking industry for 26 years, working for two years at Raymond Weil and then for 17 years at Vacheron Constantin, a division of Richemont, before honing his management and leadership skills as CEO of Zenith.

Pin, meanwhile, began his career at TAG Heuer in 1994 as a junior sales manager for DFS and the Middle East, later becoming a product manager. In 2002, he joined LVMH as international marketing director for Zenith. Pin then held various management positions at LVMH Watches & Jewelry UK, TAG Heuer Japan and Korea, and Bulgari Greater China and Australia, before rising to executive vice president of Berluti.
