New 17,000 sq. ft. headquarters lease in Clark leads strong Q2 for Signature Acquisitions – Real Estate NJ

A transportation logistics firm has leased more than 17,000 square feet at a Clark office building, the largest among nearly a dozen second-quarter deals completed by Signature Acquisitions.

According to the landlord, All-Ways Forwarding will use the space at 100 Walnut Ave. as its new corporate headquarters. The 17,386-square-foot deal comes alongside another new commitment in Signature’s suburban Union County portfolio, at 6 Commerce Drive in Cranford, where COS Phones took an undisclosed amount of space.

The deals are among two new leases, three renewals and three expansions by tenants in the company’s Clark and Cranford buildings. In its broader portfolio, the property owner said it inked 10 transactions in eight buildings in the second quarter, citing tenants’ continued flight to quality.

At 25 Commerce Drive in Cranford, Signature Acquisitions signed a 6,267-square-foot lease renewal and expansion with Electrical Consultants Inc., according to a news release. The company also signed expansions at 11 Commerce Drive with Bayada Health, the international health care staffing company, and at 20 Commerce Drive with US Electric.

Other activity in Signature’s Clark and Cranford portfolio included a renewal at 11 Commerce Drive by Suvip Solutions, an IT provider, and renewals at 14 Commerce Drive by technical staffing company LJ Gonzer Associates and Elvy Developers. At 100 Matawan Road in Matawan, a 133,000-square-foot building near the border of Middlesex and Monmouth counties, the landlord inked a new 5,972-square-foot lease with Insurance Auto Auctions, an automobile auction service.
