Regtech House Creates C-Suite and Other Nominations

One of the most important figures joining CUBE is the CEO of Chelsea Football Club.

CUBE, the UK regulatory technology firm partnered with private equity firm Hg Capital, has made a number of senior hires.

Chris Jurasek joins the company as non-executive chairman. He is the CEO of Chelsea Football Club and brings over 25 years of experience working with leading global technology and data companies.

Emma Brown, whom the company describes as “a seasoned technology finance professional and diversity advocate,” will join the company in September as its new chief financial officer.

Stéphane Besson, who remains a non-executive director, has so far supported CUBE’s acquisitions in 2024.

The company provides AI-based regulatory data to power its Automated Regulatory Intelligence (ARI) and Regulatory Change Management (RCM) solutions. It operates in Europe, North America, Canada, Asia, and Australia. The company partnered with Hg Capital in March this year. In May 2024, it also acquired US company Reg-Room and Thomson Reuters Regulatory Intelligence and Oden products and businesses.
