White & Case advises carwow on Series E financing round

Global law firm White & Case LLP advised carwow on its Series E financing round.

The funding round was led by global venture capital firm Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from existing investors including Accel, Balderton, Episode 1 and Vitruvian.

carwow is an online car marketplace and creator of automotive content. The new funding will be used by carwow to accelerate growth in the UK, Germany and Spain.

The White & Case team advising on the transaction was led by partners Helen Pantelides and Dan Turgel (London), and included partners Will Smith, Nicholas Greenacre, Kristen DiLemmo (all London) and Scott Fryman (New York), legal counsel Trevor Currie (Chicago) and associates Sofia Rautavuori and Esme Wong (both London).
