Foot Locker Names New Non-Board Chair

Foot Locker has a new non-executive chairman of its board. Nicholas Di Paolo, 73, who was elected by a board member following last Wednesday’s annual shareholder meeting, replaces Ken C. Hicks.

Nicholas DiPaolo, retired Vice President of Bernard Chaus, Inc., has been a Lead Director of Foot Locker, Inc. since May 2012 and a director since 2002. Previously, Mr. DiPaolo served as a director of Bernard Chaus, Inc., JPS Industries, Inc. and RG Barry Corporation.
