Well-known real estate agency expects growth after acquisition is finalized

Henry Adams has completed the acquisition of Hawkins & Smith, an established estate agency based in East Wittering, West Sussex, founded in 2011.

Hawkins & Smith principals Chris and Sally Smith, who have more than 30 years’ combined experience, will remain with the firm in a consultant capacity.

Jane Yates of Hawkins & Smith is based in the village of East Wittering and will join the Henry Adams team in the East Wittering branch headed by Daniel Forsythe. Yates will provide continuity for her existing clients while fully utilising the wider marketing power of Henry Adams as a larger, independent partnership.
