By sending a press release and/or subscribing to our service Pass on the informationyou agree to the following terms of use, restrictions, quality policy and fair use policy.
Pass on the information reserves the right to suspend or delete your account if it is determined that any of the following conditions have not been met. Pass on the information reserves the right to remove any content that does not comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Accuracy

3. Attribution

You agree to submit content only on behalf of the organization for which the sharing is being submitted. Content that may be considered misleading as to who the material is being submitted by or associated with should not be published and may be removed or edited. When submitting a sharing, you must be the owner of the email address that is used to send emails via Pass on the information.

4. Categorization

You agree to only categorize content in categories that are relevant to the content. We generally recommend that attempting to categorize content in more than five categories will result in that content being reviewed and potentially removed. You acknowledge that we reserve the right to edit issue tags to ensure that your issue is sent only to the appropriate individuals.

5. Linking and Fair Use

You agree not to add more than one link to a website in any press release. Excessive linking for the sole purpose of search engine optimization is not allowed and is discouraged due to the penalties that can be associated with excessive linking. And our gremlins will pursue excessive linking and remove such violations.
