‘No Respite for Big Tech’: Experts Discuss Antitrust Enforcement After Biden

Antitrust experts say that after President Joe Biden’s reelection campaign ends, the new administration in 2025 will set the tone for how the Justice Department and the Federal Trade Commission enforce the Clayton-Sherman Acts.
