Here is how a farmer can register to avail benefits under the PM Kisan yojana scheme
Step 1: Visit pmkisan.gov.in
Step 2: Click Farmers Corner
Step 3: Click on “New Farmer Registration”
Step 4: Select Rural Farmer Registration or Urban Farmer Registration
Step 5: Enter Aadhaar number, mobile number, select state and click on “Get OTP”.
Step 6: Fill out the OTP and proceed to registration
Step 7: Enter more details like select state, district, bank details and personal details. Enter your details as per Aadhaar.
Step 8: Click on “Submit for Aadhaar Authentication”
Step 9: After successful Aadhaar authentication, enter your property details, upload supporting documents and click Save

A confirmation or rejection message will appear on the screen.

Step 2: Access the beneficiary status page.

Step 4: Enter your Aadhaar number or account number.

Importance of eKYC

Reasons for Rejection of PM Kisan Beneficiary
1. Duplicate beneficiary name
2.KYC incomplete,
3. Farmers falling into the excluded categories will be rejected.
4. Incorrect IFSC code while filling the application form.
5. Bank accounts are closed or invalid, account transferred, blocked or frozen
6. The beneficiary’s Aadhaar card is not linked to any bank account.
7.No values ​​for mandatory fields
8. Incorrect bank name, post office name
9. The beneficiary’s account number does not belong to the beneficiary’s code and scheme,
