Temenos Makes Two U.S. Executive Appointments

Temenos, a banking software company, today announced two key executive appointments to accelerate the company’s growth and capitalize on market opportunities in the SaaS software space and in the U.S.

Isabelle Guis has joined as Chief Marketing Officer and a member of the Executive Committee, reporting to CEO Jean-Pierre Brulard. Additionally, Monty Bhatia has been named Executive Vice President (EVP) Global Alliances and Partner Ecosystem, reporting to Chief Revenue Officer William Moroney. Both appointments are effective immediately.

Based in the US for over 20 years, Isabelle Guis will lead Temenos’ go-to-market efforts, product and solution positioning, demand generation and marketing communications. Isabelle has over 10 years of experience in SaaS, leading go-to-market growth strategies and overseeing marketing and product management for global SaaS organizations such as Salesforce. Isabelle led marketing-driven growth at Commvault, a publicly traded data protection company, where the company grew ACV revenues 10x during her tenure. She has extensive experience in bringing applications to market for enterprise and IT customers, and has held leadership positions at blue-chip companies such as Avaya, Cisco, and EMC. A native European with global experience, she has a strong understanding of the US market and has worked in France.

Monty Bhatia is a seasoned US-based executive who will lead Temenos’ partnership strategy to accelerate the company’s partner ecosystem. Monty has over 30 years of industry experience in executive and leadership roles across software, infrastructure and technology companies. As VP of Global System Integrators at VMware, he helped maximize revenue growth through strategic partnerships. He has also worked for major hyperscalers such as AWS, driving strategic offerings and sales campaigns with large system integrators on a global scale. As EVP of Global Alliances and Partner Ecosystem, Monty will strengthen Temenos’ partnerships with hyperscalers, technology partners, Temenos Exchange providers, GSIs and delivery partners to drive joint go-to-market strategies, particularly in the US.
